Methodology

Public. The same rules for every token.
  1. Survival 30%Will the pool and the price still be there in 24 hours: liquidity, age, sell pressure, authorities.
  2. Momentum 20%Direction and strength of price, volume and buys versus sells over 1 h and 24 h.
  3. Wallet quality 20%Activity of the published DECIDE smart-wallet set and the number of distinct makers.
  4. Distribution 20%Holder count and concentration: top 1, top 10 and the deployer's share.
  5. Social 10%Website, X and Telegram present, and paid boosts.

Each dimension is a 5-level score (0..4) from the engine, mapped to 0..100 by ×25.

Weighted score → grade: S ≥ 85, A ≥ 70, B ≥ 55, C ≥ 40, D below 40.

DEAD when no pool is found, liquidity is below $1,000, or Survival is below 10.

Confidence is the mean of the five dimension confidences.

Every verdict is checked 24 hours later: alive means liquidity of at least $1,000 and a market cap of at least 50% of the cap at judgment.

Labels are model output, never facts: no grade means buy, sell, scam or rug.
